International Shipping
International shipments are sent via Priority International with tracking and insurance. Shipping cost for international orders is based on weight. The shipping cost will be added manually after the order is placed. All packages are sent via USPS Priority International with tracking and insurance. You may check on rates at http://ircalc.usps.gov/. If you would like to know what the cost will be before you place your order, feel free to email us with the items you would like to purchase and we will send you a firm quote.

Shipping Days
Monday, Wednesday and Friday are the days we pack and ship orders. During special sales or busy periods of the year, additional shipping days will be added.

Return Policy
Due to the ease of copying, returns on charts and kits will only be accepted in the case of an error on the part of Laurel's Stitchery. If there is a problem with anything you have purchased from us, please drop us an email or give us a call and we will fix it as quickly as possible. If an order is returned to us by the post office because of an incorrect address or because the package was refused by the purchaser, a refund will be given minus the amount paid for shipping.

Customs Fees
Customs fees may be charged on shipments outside the USA. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these fees. If you have any questions on fees that you may be responsible for, we will be happy to help you research, just let us know.
